TourBox NEO & Davinci Resolve

I have been using Tourbox NEO with DR, for almost 3 years. It has worked flawlessly. I have the latest Version of DR and my TourBox is also using latest firmware. But I think since the firmware update now all of a sudden, the TourBox is not recognizing DR at all. I have several profiles for Outlook, Chrome, Lightroom etc and the Tourbox automatically switches, but does nothing within DR.

I have submitted log file and video to Tourbox, but since it is working with other programs I kind of feel like it is something with DR. Any ideas or suggestions?

Works okay with an antiquated win7 machine with DR15 and Edius for me. But the win7 box never goes near the internet so tourbox doesn’t get upgrades if available

Took me an hour or two but with the help of chatGPT (well it did ALL the work with me just cutting and pasteing in terminal) got it working just the way I wanted. Might be worth you giving it a try?

Thank you. I actually was able to get the issue resolved with TourBox Support. They had me send the log files and diagnosed the issue and gave me the steps to correct it. Keeping my fingers crossed that it sticks...
